The BNP Paribas Group has one of the largest international networks in the global banking and financial services industry.

With operations in over 80 countries, their success has been built on strong risk management, the stability that comes from being part of one of the world’s largest banks, and a culture that values technical sophistication, innovation, entrepreneurialism and teamwork.

Our goal was to create a global recruitment brand that differentiated BNP Paribas CIB from its main sector competitors. We designed an innovative and bold campaign that addressed misperceptions and reached new audiences, whilst ensuring that existing candidate pools were not alienated.
